Anyone can fill a roster. The difference lies in whether someone still enjoys working there after a week, and whether the client is still happy with it after a month.
That is why we start by asking questions. About the work, the workplace, the team and what is expected of someone. Only then do we search. That way we avoid people ending up in the wrong place, which costs everyone time and money.
Sometimes that means we take longer than an agency that places whoever is available. But what we propose, we can stand behind.

You and our candidates have one contact person who knows the file. No being passed between departments.

Hours, rate, working times and duration are fixed before anyone starts. Changes are made in consultation.
